Exchange Policy

At IMAI DESIGNS , we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. While we do not offer exchanges, we will replace items only in cases of damage or defects. Customers must report any such issues and return the item within 2 days of delivery .

Note: An unboxing video is required to process an exchange.

Eligible Exchange Cases:

  • Products without their original packaging , including all accessories and tags.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

  • If eligible, we will ship the replacement product within 9 calendar days at no additional cost.
